In addition to our basic safety training classes we also offer skill building workshops. These workshops are open to both the public members. This class if for those who love the style of marble but don't have the budget for the real thing. The instructor will go through, step by step, the technique to create the perfect marble design on any home décor item. Attendees will then be able to decorate items provided to them or items they bring with the materials provided. The type of preferred items for dipping are objects made of either porcelain or glass. The swirls come out best when the object is all one color. This class would make a perfect date night or family night out!

Do you have an appetite for destruction? Do you love building projectiles and working with explosive? Join the backyard ballistics camp and build potato cannons, tennis ball mortars, catapults and trebuchets in a fun and safe learning environment. There will be a competition the last day of camp complete with award and bragging rights. Your new artillery will be surrendered to your parents at the end of camp. Cost includes the one week session, building materials, t-shirt, and daily snack.

Do you love video games and wish you could make your own? Game design teaches math, art, logic, writing, and computer skills in the most exciting way imaginable! I will go over several free video game making programs that allow you to create, share, and sell games for computer, mobile device, Xbox, and Playstation. I will talk about some of the hardcore video game design systems, but this class will only cover the basics and provide a foundation for anyone that wants to go further in video game development. Anyone can learn how to make video games in this class even if you have never written code in your life.

Some of the tools in our space are dangerous and require basic safety training. This training is included in your membership. Classes are kept small so each student get a lot of personal attention, and each training session is themed for a certain set of tools – just take the sessions you need to get going.
